RENVERSEMENT DE LEGITIMITE

A ce jour, nous pouvons commencer à voir le tableau.
Voici presque deux mois que nous sommes sortis du silence, par ce blog et par les médias qui ont aidé à faire connaître notre existence...
C'était notre seule possibilité, dans la particularité de la situation juridique dans laquelle nous nous trouvons, de vous faire savoir que nous n'étions pas rayés de la carte malgré les rumeurs répandues pour faire croire l'inverse...
C'est seulement, que nous avions fait le choix de nous taire pour ne pas mélanger les styles: la question de la succession Arman dépasse largement le cadre personnel.
Nous sommes tous concernés, Arman n'a jamais voulu renier sa terre natale. C'est un artiste français qui a toujours voulu le rester.
Pour nous la question de le partager n'a jamais fait de doute.
Nous avons grandi dans son sillon défini haut et clair: "l'oeuvre n'appartient à personne puisqu'elle appartient à tout le monde."
Nous avons donc fait appel à la justice face à ce détournement qui a vu l'oeuvre se retrouver dans une seule main brandissant les feuillets dactylographiés pour statuer des dernières volontés d'Arman.
L'enquête est menée...
La justice représentée avec son bandeau sur les yeux, on le sait est aveugle. C'est ainsi qu'elle garantie de ne pas voir à quoi les gens ressemblent: qu'ils soient beaux, estropiés, jeunes, vieux, pauvres ou riches, elle s'en moque.
Sa balance pèse le pour et le contre et décide de quel côté pencher.
Il nous faut attendre ses conclusions.
En attendant, la succession ouverte en France est entrain de finir les inventaires qui concernent le patrimoine. Nous arrivons presque au bout. Presque, puisqu'il s'agit d'y engager l'évaluation du patrimoine mondial pour exercer notre "Droit de Prélèvement".
Ce qui signifie, qu'en dehors de la situation juridique qui se poursuit à New-York et au fur et à mesure, il a bien fallu nous redonner légitimité.
Oui, les enfants d'Arman existent TOUS, au regard de la femme aveugle... Et ceux qui continuent d'agir et protéger des agissements qui ignorent cette réalité auront a en rendre compte tôt ou tard...
Y avait-il une sorte de message à caractère prémonitoire lorsque notre père envoie ce dessin en Octobre 2001 pour signifier que nous ne devions jamais douter une seule seconde de son intention de continuer à veiller sur sa descendance?

REVERSAL OF LEGITIMACY.
At this point, we can begin to see the picture.
It is now almost two months since we came out of silence, through this site and through the media that helped making our existence known...
This was for us the only possibility, given the particular juridical situation in which we are, to let you know that we were not erased from the map despite rumours aimed at making you believe the opposite...
No, it is just that we made the choice to keep silent to avoid a confusion in styles: the question of Arman's succession surpasses widely personal matters.
We are all concerned, Arman never wanted to renounce his native country. He is a French artist who always wanted to remain such.
For us the question of sharing him never gave us any doubt.
We grew up in this furrow defined loud and clear: "the Work doesn't belong to anybody because it belongs to everybody"
So we called for justice to be seized in the face of this high jacking which resulted in the work being held in one hand brandishing typed written sheets to rule on Arman's last will.
Investigation is going on ...
Justice represented with a blindfold, is known to be blind. This is how it guaranties to not see what people look like, whether they are beautiful, ugly, young, old poor or rich, does not matter.
Its scale weighs both sides and decides on which side to tip.
We have to wait for its conclusions
In the meantime, the succession opened in France is about to finish the inventories of the estate. We are almost at the end. Almost, because the question is to engage an evaluation of the estate world wide in order to exercise our "droit de prelevement" i.e. right to levy.
This is to say that outside the juridical situation in New York and as time goes, we had to be given back legitimacy.
Yes, Arman's children ALL exist with regards to the blindfolded woman...
And those who continue to behave and protect schemes as if ignoring this reality will be accountable for it sooner or later...
Was there some sort of message with a premonitory sense when our father sent this drawing in October 2001 to express that we should never doubt even for one second of his intention to look after his descendants?
