"Nouvelles aventures" datent la notoriété qui s'en vient pour ARMAN. Il a toujours dit combien la chance, dans son parcours, fut constituée des "bonnes rencontres au bon moment". IRIS CLERT reste incontournable dans son histoire, tout comme dans celles de beaucoup d'artistes du moment, de ceux à l'époque en chemin et qui verront aussi la reconnaissance de la consécration. Même si le mot "précurseur" est un qualificatif qui ne se décline qu'au masculin, cette femme reste celle qui aura pris tous les risques dans l'engagement de ses choix. Sans d'ailleurs ultérieurement en récupérer les fruits (financiers) lorsque tous seront sur des rails. Elle continuera néanmoins de se définir jusqu'au bout engagée à "liberté illimitée".* L'actualité, en France, fête le quarantième anniversaire de Mai 1968 qui la voit exposer à l'époque, toujours ses convictions: "Bourgeois bornés... Savez vous ô bourgeois, depuis 1956, date à laquelle j'ai ouvert ma galerie, rue des Beaux Arts, je vous ai offert des Yves Klein à 300 francs, Tinguely 600, Soto 400, Brô pour 100 francs, Ernst pour 1200, Jorn pour 500, des Arman pour 500 francs. Qui a acheté ces oeuvres?".* Dans cette dénonciation qui défend ses choix électifs (le recul montre qu'elle posait des options sûres, Iris Clert!...), elle rejoint les préoccupations qui furent celles d'Arman quant à sa reflexion sur son propre travail. Parce qu'il n'était pas seulement la main à la pâte autour de l'objet, Arman, il aura jusqu'au bout une pensée tout autant sur les sujets qui l'intéressent et attisent sa curiosité que sur le sens de sa propre production. Activité intellectuelle qu'il cultive, pratique, aiguise dans son lien avec Éliane "Mon tendre oh tendre". Parce que ce lien recouvre la préoccupation majeure de ces deux, incessamment et comme ils respirent. nuove avventure" datano la notorietà che sta arrivando per ARMAN. Sempre disse del suo percorso, che incontro‘ "le buone persone nei buoni momenti". IRIS CLERT resta inevitabile nella sua storia, come in quelle di molti artisti del momento, di quelli all'epoca in camino e che vedranno anche il riconoscimento della consacrazione. Anche se la parola “precurditrice„ è un epiteto che si declina soltanto al maschile, questa donna resta quella che avrà preso tutti i rischi nell'impegno di sue scelte. Senza del resto ulteriormente recuperare i frutti (finanzieri) quando tutti saranno su barre. Chi ha comperato quest'opere? “.* In questa denunzia che difende le sue scelte elettive (l'arretramento mostra che poneva opzioni sicure, Iris Clert! …), raggiunge le preoccupazioni che furono quelle di Arman quanto alla sua riflessione sul suo lavoro. Perché non era soltanto la mano alla pasta attorno all'oggetto, Arman, avrà fino alla fine un pensiero tutto tanto sugli argomenti che lo interessano ed attizzano la sua curiosità che sul senso della sua produzione. Attività intellettuale che coltiva, pratica, affila nel suo legame con Eliane “il mio tendere oh tendere„. Perché questo legame copre la preoccupazione principale dei questi due, tempestivamente e poiché respirano. tendre oh tendre Eliane Voici mon invitation et voilà un manifeste IRIS CLERT. 2 choses très éloignées. Où se situe la dignité la vérité où se situe la véritable destination? Où va ceci? Où va cela? Je pense que l'erreur serait de considérer les possibilités d'art actuel par rapport aux nécessités antérieures. L'art actuel ne tend pas à l'éternité ni même à la durée. Chaque bulle ne créve la surface qu'en attente de la prochaine et si il n'y a plus 20 générations autour de la seule représentation de Homo Hieracocephale chaque homme maintenant a bien 20 têtes de rechange comme les mains du Guignol lyonnais et ce n'est pas plus mal. Mais replaçons les urgences là où elles sont nécessaires Je t'aime Arman |
My tender oh my tender Eliane Here's my invitation and here is an IRIS CLERT manifesto. 2 very distant things. Where is the truth the dignity where is the true destination? Where is this going ? Where is that going ? I think the error would be to consider the possibilities of current art compared to former needs. Current art does not tend to eternity nor even at the duration. Each bubble bursts on the surface only waiting the next one and if there are no more than 20 generations around the only representation of Homo Hieracocephalus each man now has well 20 heads of replacement like the hands of the Guignol of Lyon and why not. Eliane. Ecco il mio invito ed ecco un manifesto IRIS CLERT. 2 cose molto distanti. Dove si situa la dignità la verità dove si situa la vera destinazione ? Dove va questo ? Dove va quelo ? Penso che l'errore sarebbe di considerare le possibilità d'arte attuale rispetto alle necessità precedenti. L'arte attuale non tende all'eternità né anche alla durata. Ogni bolla scoppia la superficie soltanto in attesa della prossima e se non ci sono più 20 generazioni attorno alla sola rappresentazione di Homo Hieracocefalo ogni uomo ora ha bene 20 capi di sostituzione poiché le mani del Guignol di Lione e ciò non sono più male. Ma ripostiamo le urgenze dove sono necessarie Ti amo Arman |
