Le
processus judiciaire est en cours et suit la logique
de son déroulement.
À ce jour, le TRIBUNAL de
NEW-YORK a enregistré nos oppositions au document
de montage du "Trust".
Un "Trust", ce n'est rien d'autre qu'une entité financière
légale qui détient et gère des biens.
Ce trust figure ce qui nous a été présenté comme étant
les dernières volontés de notre père:
où sa veuve historiquele se trouverait l'unique
"trustee" qui donc détient et gère
tous les biens et l'oeuvre d'ARMAN de part et d'autre de
l'Atlantique.
Couronnement d'une investiture totalitaire qui assure l'avenir
de l'oeuvre par défaut: si la deuxième
épouse d'Arman venait à disparaître,
c'est le médecin
américain qui a traité ARMAN qui récupère
l'investiture, celui-là même qui fait l'objet
d'une plainte pour négligence
médicale, plainte menée "au nom
du patrimoine" par la veuve historiquele...
Pour ce qui concerne les "bénéficiaires",
les deux enfants du deuxième lit, puis dans l'ordre
toute la famille de la deuxième épouse.
Je ne relis pas les papiers, mais en gros si tout le monde
venait à se perdre d'un cataclysme qui verrait la
fin d'une dizaine de personnes dont la cousine me semble-t-il
pour ne pas l'oublier, tout cela n'étant absolument
pas souhaitable bien évidement, Madison, fille de
Yves, Anne, moi-même : enfants du premier lit arriverions
en touche.
Quant au petit dernier d'un troisième lit, comme
un lapsus qui se déclinerait sans faillir, il n'existe
absolument pas.

The
legal process is in hand and follows the logic of its
unfolding.
To date, the COURT of
NEW YORK has accepted our petition objecting to the documents
constituting the “Trust”.
A Trust represents no more than a legal entity that holds
and administers assets.
This trust was presented to us as being the last will of
our father: where his historical widow would be the unique
trustee who holds and administers all of his assets and
his work on both sides of the Atlantic.
Crowning of a totalitarian nomination which ensures the
future of the work by default: if the second wife of Arman
was to suddenly disappear, the american
practitioner who "took care" of ARMAN's
health would take over the role, the very same one who
is a defendant in the complaint
for medical malpractice filed for the estate by
the historical widow...
And as “beneficiaries” of the trust: the two
children of the second marriage and then all the family
of the second wife.
I am not re-checking the papers, but if everybody was to
be suddenly lost in a cataclysm which would see the end
of lots of people, a very undesirable scenario, Yves's
daughter Madison, Anne and myself: children of the first
marriage would eventually be named.
As for the little last one from a third bed, like a lapse
that would keep on without failing, he absolutly does not
exist.

La
justice suit son cours et devra se formuler sur la validité de
ce document.
Les "Oppositions" en
soixante-dix points font résultat des enquêtes
menées avec interrogatoires enregistrés sous
serment d'un processus dit de "Discovery" et
particulier à la justice du pays.
Pour donner à voir le parcours qui n'est pas chemin
de Compostelle mais explicite à comprendre comment
on en est arrivé là.
L'ultime dernier pas sera constitué par l'arrivée
au procès qui fera trace de la violence et de la
dureté de l'histoire de la succession ARMAN.
OUI, c'est certain
: il aurait mieux valu ne pas avoir à en arriver
là.
Surtout qu'en la circonstance, il y a de la place pour
tout le monde et sans problèmes sous ces cieux...
Mais malgré les affirmations d'un hypothétique
désir de négociation(?) tout indique qu'il
faille aller jusqu'à la mise en cause juridique
du document.
Et faire l'autopsie du corps du délit.
Élément qui doit faire la trace bien matérielle
de l'infraction et sert à la constater.
Nous avons fait choix de porter l'information au dehors
depuis des mois, en subissant les pressions de part et
d'autre, dans l'interrogation incrédule quant à nos
motivations jusqu'à les qualifier de mercantiles
dans un hallucinant renversement des rôles.
Puisque ceux qui se trouvent spoliés jusqu'à nos
droits identitaires, c'est nous...
Le délit n'est pas de notre bord sauf notre détermination à
l'initiation: nous faisons acte depuis tout ce temps de
notre volonté
au quotidien et contre vent et marées d'admettre
tous à la connaissance.
Et le privilège de nos informations se déploie
dans la logique de notre éducation: vers tout le
monde.
ARMAN revendiquait l'appartenance en chacun d'un coin de paradis lorsqu'on
sait son rapport à la CRÉATION.
"Nous sommes tous des artistes, sinon il n'y aurait
pas de public".
Reconnaissance pour chacun et tous du partage du trésor.
Nos secrets encastrés dans cette filiation "ARMAN",
nous avons décidé d'en faire instruction.
Ces informations privilégiées ne feront ainsi
l'objet d'aucun détournement susceptible de privilégier
des opérations financières qui voudraient
se réaliser avant que le public n'en ait connaissance.

Justice
follows its course and will have to decide on the validity
of this document.
The “objections” developed
in seventy points result from the survey carried out with
examinations of witnesses recorded under oath in a process
known as “Discovery” specific
to the justice of United States.
This enables to see the course of what is not the road
to Compostelle but helps to understand how we could get
to this point.
The last step will be going to trial and this will make
trace of the violence and hardness of the story of ARMAN's
succession.
YES, there are
no doubts: it would have been better not to have to go
this far.
Especially since in the circumstances, there was space
for everyone and without problems under these heavens…
In spite of the assertions of a hypothetical wish to negotiate
(?) everything shows that we have to follow the legal route
and call into question the "documents".
And autopsy the "corpus delicti".
With all the elements to provide the material proof of
the offense and be used to ascribe it.
Months ago we have chosen to carry the information outside
thereby undergoing pressures from all sides, in the disbelieving
question as to our motivations to the point of qualifying
them as mercenary in a staggering reversal of roles.
As it stands we are the ones who are despoiled even of
our identity rights…
The crime is not from our side except for our determination
to provide insight: during all this time we have been making
clear our will to provide day by day and against winds
and tides, all outsiders with the knowledge of what is
going on.
And "privileged information" is diffused with
the logic of our education: to everyone.
ARMAN asserted that everybody is entitled a piece of paradise,
a statement made clear in his relation to CREATION.
“We are all artists, otherwise there would be no
public”. Acknowledgment for each and all of us of
the sharing of the treasure.
We have made the decision to disclose the secrets recessed
in the filiation “ARMAN”.
Thus this -no longer privileged- information will not be
subject to any diversion likely to privilege financial
transactions that could be carried out before the public
is informed of it.
